bulgari black vs. encre noire

i've owned both. still have a few left in my bulgari black bottle. i'm out of encre noire. black has been a signature fragrance for me for quite some time. this is my 3rd bottle. considering a switch to encre noire but it's not as easy to find.

what are your thoughts on the 2 frags and which one do you like better?

encre noir isn't bad, but bulgari black is far better.

My opinion sides with Encre Noire... heavily. But by no means do I dislike Black, they're book great IMO, but Encre is more suitable.

BB's an easier daily wear.

I like Black, but love EN. Black is more versatile though, IMO.

encre noire > bb

Neither is my cup of tea but EN was better of those two. The rubber and hot asphalt smell of Bvlgari Black was intolerable.

They're both good. Get the one you like the most.

Encre Noir wins

Bvlgari Black is unique, i think. Encre noir is a very good Vetiver...

Black by a landslide.

My vote goes to Bulgari Black, though both are good.

While striking at first, Encre Noire now smells to me a little too synthetic in the drydown. Rather, for something in the style, I would buy Chanel Sycomore, which has the same vetiver-smoky structure, but smells more natural. It is a little more epensive, but not too much in the 200ml bottle.

7-6 bulgari black

i guess i won't be changing tho i would have thot encre noire was more versatile being a vetiver and all, while black is an oiental. no?

Both are great, but I give the slight edge to Encre Noir

EN is king. Apply in moderation.

Received my 3.4 oz today after about a half year of testing. This frag is definitely worth it.

Encre Noire is the best smelling - easiest to wear of the two in my opinion.
