Perfumed Court sells them but $6 for shipping! That kills the deal for me. Is their a company website you can email and request a sample?

Do you live near an outlet mall? Tom Ford's colognes are actually distributed by Estee Lauder, and it's "outlet" store (I think it's called The Cosmetics Company or something like that) have testers of it lying around.

I have never seen an offical sample vial of Tom Ford. I usually go to Saks or Nordstrom's when I want to test a few

The Neiman Marcus store nearest me, Troy, MI, says they don't carry it but will eventually.

I got 2 2ml samples on ebay for about $20. Looks like right now they're still selling them for about that price.

Email them at cs@tomfordinternational.com and explain to them that their fragrances are not easy to find in your area. I have had mixed results, sometimes they send them sometimes I never hear back but be nice none the less and you may get lucky.

They do make official samples in tiny 4 ml bottles with gold labels. You will have to go to where they sell the TF Private Line.

You got a Nordstrom near you? They do free samples. I've had quite a few Tom Fords made into samples for me to try out.
