SOTD is Rochas Absolu, a lovely, easygoing floriental with nice fresh accents up top that counter the rich, warm, balsamy drydown.

Notes include mandarin, fig leaf, lily, orange blossom, black pepper, labdanum, tolu balsam, benzoin

Wish you all a good start to your week!

Happy President's Day, to all in the USA! I am not off work, so I am having a slow start (on my 2nd cup of green tea). But I smell good in:

Rossy de Palma by Etat Libre d'Orange (from a sample)

It has been almost a year since I first sampled this. I love this stuff. It is a more affordable alternative to Rose Poivree by The Different Company, slightly fruitier, more tenacious, the rose is beautiful. More guys should try this one, perhaps the packaging/name throws some people off.

Good morning ( or afternoon here ) everyone Back from a weekend in Karlsøy today. I'm really glad I could be there on the bf's birthday Sotd today is Opium.

Good morning! My SOTD is Bottega Veneta.

Notes include Italian bergamot, Brazilian pink pepper, Indian Sambac jasmine, oak moss, and Indian patchouli.

You smell great Mike - I love Rossy de Palma! I always get a strong geranium leaf note, very green and vegetal ...the kind that makes me want to bite it, lol. I agree - it is nice on men, and they need a bit of protection every now and then, too!

Editing to add a quick thanks to JON for that pic - it's breathtaking!

Cartier de Lune this morning for me.

It's a gym day, but I'm putting it off until this afternoon. I'm waiting for the snow to melt. People here don't drive well in slush or snow. Too many accidents. The sun is out and the snow on the rooftops makes everything so bright. I like that.

Have a good start to the week, everybody.

Good morning!

We spent the weekend in Duluth visiting our daughter. It's the first time since my surgery in Sept. that I've gotten out to do something fun, that didn't revolve around doctor appointments. We had a great time!!

SotD is Isabey L'Ambre de Carthage from a sample, notes include cistus, bergamot, osmanthus, jasmine tea, patchouli, amber, sandalwood, olibanum and musk.

Good afternoon!

I'm wearing White Iris & Rhubarb layered over Muguet des Bois-- very nice!

I was going to take my daughter out for lunch (our school district had a long weekend in lieu of a winter break) but she preferred to eat ramen noodles and watch our Galaxy Quest dvd.

Good Evening,

I didn't have a chance to post my SotD this morning, which was Chergui.

Good news, Kiliwia!
Best to all.

Good news on your traveling killwia.

SotD has been Hypnotic Poisin again. I craved the Play-doh and Christmas cake mash up
post #30 of 41
Yay for Kiliwia and traveling!

Today is a non scent day so far, rare even for lazy ol' me, but it does happen. If I get myself properly geared up I may put on some Eau de Zum, the scent I go for when I can't decide what I want to put on, but know I want to smell nice. Take care, all.

Happy Monday!

Kiliwia, glad to hear you were able to get out for some fun!

I felt "off" all day yesterday and then blacked out and fell after getting up from my desk (???) so I am taking it easy today and relaxing in Ambre Precieux. I didn't get to bake a long lost cake-twin to Larimar's lemon poppyseed yet, so maybe I'll do that later!

cestrum nocturnum, I hope you are OK...

Today my scent was the lovely and talented Reglisse Noire. I can't narrow my smells down to one favorite, but this is in the inner circle; on my second bottle now (thank you daughters) and it is the season for it now, in the cool weather it shines brightly.

I hope you feel better! I am a fellow blackout-er when I am ill. I have been picked up at all kinds of places. Best wishes to you!

It was our patissier Gandhajala, who made me/us lemming a slice of his lemon poppyseed cake. He's such a show-off! :P
