The best male fragrances ever made in your opinion?
Agree with many of your choices. I'd include at least one of the Caron trio (perhaps Yatagan?), a vetiver (Sycomore? Vetiver extraordinaire?), and Knize Ten.

I was going to include my current favorite, Metal by Paco Rabanne, but it's not technically male (nor is Bandit).

Impossible to say

Vintage Tabarome is the first one that comes to mind for my list.
That is impossible for me to answer. It changes depending on my mood, the weather etc. what I like.

And btw. I agree with Le Grand Duc. There are so many great designer frags on the market that there is no need for me to become a niche whore.

Niche whore. . . love that phrase. . . does that make you a designer streetwalker? Can I just be a little promiscuous and do both?

My favorite male fragrances are a rotating cast of the usual suspects: Guerlains, Chanels, Creeds, YSLs, Aqua di Parmas, Serge Lutens, barbershop scents, niche scents, designer stuff, trashy mass market scents. . . hmmmm, what am I missing here. . .

Acqua Di G...Aventus

Drawing from my own experience so far (of course):

Chanel Sycomore
Chanel Égoïste
Dior Homme
Dior Fahrenheit (vintage)

There are others that I love, but I'm keeping this to ones I both love and admire as fully realized, multi-dimensional, and exceptional fragrances (more or less) marketed for men. Interesting that so far for me that reduces the list to these four. So far.

My favorite modern male scent is Murdock's Black Tea.

One reviewer described it as "the distilled essence of Oliver Reed"....

I love the fragrance. And it doesn't get much manlier than Oliver Reed!
I've been collecting fragrances for a long time. When I first got into this I was head over heels for Givenchy Gentleman (the vintage formulations) and I've yet to find anything superior. It is exceedingly rare that I buy anything which gives me that same, instant sense that I'm onto something very special. Egoiste was one of those fragrances. Worth Pour Homme vintage is another.

A scent I purchased fairly recently by Arabian Oud called Woody (amusing name) was on the line, and I'm very excited to try Woody Intence by the same house, which is on its way. Hopefully this will turn out to be one, the notes look fantastic.

In my opinion, Armani Eau pour Homme can hardly be matched, at any rate, it would be hard for me think of a scent that managed to stun be the way this one did.

It's getting a lot of love and I agree. Sycomore.
do it w/o rankings, it should just be a list of 50 or 100 best parfums ever (10 is waaaaaaaaaaaay too less) - ranking these are silly as well and u won't achieve anything by doing this...just my humble opinion.
