I just blind bought Terre d'Hermès and i love it, but its getting warmer in NYC, what i'm asking is, when do you guys think is the perfect season for this cologne? its like 60 to 70 degrees in NY past 2 weeks. does anyone recommend it as a summer scent?

It's all year round scent for me. It's quite versatile in that respect.

This. It projects well in warm weather and I love it in the cooler weather too. All year.

It is, indeed, an all-season fragrance ...

All year fragrance, but IMO Terre d`Hermès is best for work / casual use, and not formal events.

I bought it in the dead of winter and it holds up pretty well in the cold. Haven't had a chance to put it through the paces in the summer but I have to agree that it will probably fare well.

I mostly wear it in the spring, but do wear it in the summer. It does wonders!

All year-round.

Totally agree with everyone else. To me its an all year round fragrance

In theory, any season, but especially in areas with moderate-continental climate (though this is no scientific theory by all means, just common-sense, I guess) anything except too cold winters and too hot summers, thus ideal for spring and autumns and easy to pull off even during milder winters and cooler summers

+1 Year Round.

A great all year fragrance, however I think it really shines on a summer night.

Personally I think it's too strong for summer days. But cooler summer nights and in winter I'll gladly wear it

I prefer it in the warm weather

I actually prefer it in the fall.

I think you can wear T de H all year but it is probably going to seem heavier in the summer, depending on your body chemistry. It works great in cooler weather and is otherwise very versatile. Really up to your taste because I don't think it will seem out of place anywhere. I love it too much to put it away for six months of the year.

TdH does magic anytime.

Any time of day in any season.

I agree it is versatile. Having said that, when I think of TdH I think of autumn and I tend to use it most at that time. And in my part of the world that's NOW!

A rainy day

I think that it should work well year round, though I have not tried it in very hot weather yet. It may not be the ideal choice in 30C+ degree weather, I will find out in the coming months. If I had to match a season with the fragrance, I would choose Autumn.

It's probably the only fragrance in my wardrobe that I would wear at -20F or 110F. It seems to be perfect!

An all-season fragrance in my opinion. I do find myself reaching for it more in the Autumn/Fall though.
