L'eau D'issey Sport

Saw this at Macy's today, and tried it on the back of my wrist and actually liked it quite a bit. I think I may be picking this one up, unless I can be persuaded on to something else.

I did one spray, I thought it stayed pretty close to the skin. But I can still smell it up close after applying about 11 hours ago.

I am looking forward to Brit Summer, and I am also slightly interested in La Nuit Frozen though. So I may have to wait and compare to some of the summer releases.

It has horrible longevity and horrible projection .

Gave my 100 ml bottle away .

IMO another waist on perfumery, ordinary, soulless, BORING!

I was excited about this one since I love the original and also have liked some of the flankers, but this one was not good to me. I always try them for a few days so I can really get a feel of the frag and after day 2 of this one it's not looking good. Will wear it again next time I work, but so far this is another miss along with D&G The One Sport and Trump Success.

I thought it was quite nice from the couple of samples I went through. Certainly not amazing but a solid summer frag. I found projection ok and even got a couple of compliments.

It is absolutely awful. It has that same vile, pungent, "isseyness" of the original - just not as in your face, but still there.
It was OK but nothing special.

Like goody, I found it to have amazing longevity, around 12 hours for me. Citrus-fresh, a very light wood. Not sweet or heavy, not depressingly synthetic. It's not bad.

Get La Nuit.

Word of caution for anything with "Sport" in the name.

Tried the original once. Don't feel like trying the Sport.

Antaeus Sport not withstanding.

i thought the Sport version is quite a bit different than the original.

I don't believe all Sports are terrible. Allure homme sport and dior homme sport are nice

But as I said in my original post, I actually like this scent. I thought it was nice. It is not awful or terrible to me at least. I'm just not sure if its worth a buy yet or not. I'll probably wait for the summer releases and buy something after testing everything out

It's was ok

Finally figured out what this smells like to me... the smell you get when you walk by the Lemon Shake stand at a Fair, not the nice smell of the shake itself, but the smell of the lemon and sugar and trash cooking on the asphalt in the summer heat.

Not the worst scent I've ever tried, but for some reason the above was the image that I had and my co workers agreed lol. The sillage and longevity are lacking, which may be a good thing.

Really a shame since I LOVE the original and some of the other flankers. Considering this was crafted by the nose of the original I was expecting more.
