Thread Starter
I don't think anyone started a new thread for April, so I guess I'll start it. Let's see if April can match March!

Hmmm, what do you think of it?
I've been eyeing this one despite generally not liking Jo Malone fragrances.

Picked up Tom Ford's Oud Wood from Neiman's in Palo Alto today. My first Oud! =]

I would have gotten Amber Absolute considering it's one of the few being discontinued but it was sold out, and the only Neiman's who carries it is the Fashion Island one.

The nice Tom Ford sales specialist also made me generous samples of Santal Blush, Tuscan Leather, Lavender Palm, and Amber Absolute.

started the month with guerlain homme l'eau boisee (got it yesterday):

Surprise gift from my father whilst he was away with work.

Not one that was necessarily on my "to buy" list. I've sampled it before whilst I was shopping with him in the town centre. Nice of him to remember the fragrance though.

My flea market finds from this last weekend:

118ml Miss Dior, Eau de Cologne, approx. 45ml left
54ml Diorissimo, Eau de Cologne, approx. 50ml left
30ml Cabochard by Grès, approx. 20ml left

All vintage - of course. All still smell divine, except
the Miss Dior Cologne, that one has gone rancid!

Burberry Brit for Men Limited Edition 2010

This is the one with the pine needles and bay leaf. I like it-- it's dryer, woodier and less sweet/powdery than the original. I'd only sniffed it once briefly when it came out and wasn't wowed by it, but after wearing it on skin I'm liking it a lot.

Stupid double post.
I like this fragrance more and more every time I smell it. If somebody told me this came from an expensive niche house and cost $200 I'd believe them.

Thanks man
It's a great woody spicy fragrance and I love it.
The oud note in this fragrance smells really great . It's not medicinal like M7 or Black Aoud by Montale.
It's really pleasant.
I'm sorry, Oud Wood (Tom Ford), but I had to return you in exchange for the following two...

Absolue Pour Le Soir EdP by Maison Francis Kurkdjian
