Nice score Joe!

Having had a spring clear out if my wardrobe and sold some items on eBay, I found a bottle of Shalimar Parfum Initial L'Eau in my basket. Tested it thoroughly today when out buying mums birthday gift. It's stunning I can't wait for it's arrival

That is a lovely one, RingER.

So far this month (and it's only the 2nd) I picked up:
100 ml Jardin de Mediterranee for $42
100 ml Silences PDT for $12
50 ml Theorema Leggero for $30

I am a bad, but fragrant, gal. Need to knit more and keep the fingies off the bidding buttons- LOL

Almost forgot- also bought a sample set from Olympic Orchids Artisan Perfumes - can't wait to try them

Dzing!

My head reeleth. I loveth. And wax a bit Shakespearean. I keep smelling myself and that might be a bit problematic in public today.

Blue Amber by Montale 1.7oz

Attar by Montale 1.7oz

Dark Aoud by Montale 20ml

Oud Cuir d'Arabie by Montale 20ml

Time for shopping at Montale. I will receive 2x minis because the last time they sent me the wrong one, and now they will provide another one for free to solve the issue.

Spent some more eBay wonga.

Guerlain Meteorites perfect unused still boxed
100mls Habanita from a private buyer very cheaply. Fell for this when a BN friend sent me a sample
An 8ml "rock" of Alien Sunessescence blind buy after all that talk of lemons

Still got money in the pot. Looks like it's going from one wardrobe to another

My flea market finds from this last weekend:

118ml Miss Dior, Eau de Toilette, approx. 65ml left
118ml Miss Dior, Eau de Cologne, approx. 45ml left
54ml Diorissimo, Eau de Cologne, approx. 50ml left
30ml Cabochard by Grès, approx. 20ml left

All vintage - of course. All still smell divine, except
the Miss Dior Cologne, that one has gone rancid!

Ok my first post here. Today I got Bal a Versailles in the post. Love it. It's how perfume should be. Full stop. Plus I received lush 'smell of weather turning' yet to try. And yesterday I bought Chergui, serge. To. Die. For.
I think I'm about to have a Serge Lutens obsession.
Last week it was AG mandragore pourpre..... This perfumista business is getting expensive....
Well I am officially done getting anything for a while..probably a good while as I just bought Hypnotic Poison Elixir. And I got M. Poison Elixir before that! So done for a long time. I blame Duc! Lol.

Hello SusieSusie! Enjoy your new fumes, and welcome.

I just ordered more samples from posh peasant. Chanel Cuir de Russie and No. 22, Hypnotic Poison Elixir, Hermessence Ambre Narguile, Boucheron Trouble, Mitsouko parfum, and an Annick Goutal sampler pack. Oh, and Jean Patou Vacances. I really hope I don't fall for that one. I tell myself not even to sample the vintage, discontinued stuff, but then all the reviews and comments make me sooo curious.

I must stop buying samples, at least until I've had a chance to try all I've bought.

Sartorial by Penhaligon's 100ml

Sheesh, I am BRIAN DEAD at work today so have been sneaking on to BN, eBay, etc. I tested the Jacomo Art Collection with samples from PC last week. Thought I'd love #8 from the notes, but on my skin, just smelled like cardamon, burnt milk and amber. #2 was OK, but the winner was #9...A wet fruity opening a little like Byredo Pulp, morphs into a beautiful cozy oriental amber. Found a tester and ordered...
Can't wait for it to arrive! (Who am I kidding? I can't wait for ANY and ALL of them to arrive! LOL)

What a find! Congrats! I've been craving for it for quite a while now, but prices on ebay are simply impossible.
I haven't bought any fragrance in a LONG time (at least a year) because I had gathered a sizable collection and was working through/weeding through that, but this week I ordered:

1) BVLGARI Eau Parfumee The Vert Extreme (so glad this has been re-relased~ this will be my third bottle, paid $45@Beauty.com with coupons)
2) Cartier Delices EDT (paid $54 @ Sephora 15% off sale) mmmm.... cherries

bought them just before easter on ebay and got them yesterday, great prices on both. felanilla comes without the box but at almost half price i can't really complain, can i?

oooo lovely
Felanilla - I love that one - really enjoy wearing that in cold weather it's like an extra jumper!- darn it - I paid full price , so good spot there on the bargain front! Enjoy
Arabian wood I have that one too - nice work - I am hanging out with the boys!!

Perfumes to declare this month:
By Night White: Profumi del Forte
Nuda; Nassomatto
Truly: Maria Lux - this was the most ridiculous purchase as it's a rip off of No 22 but less incense. Bought this too quickly - I tested and it obviously triggered some great reaction - association with 22 probably which I adore - and then it was in the bag. Dumbo. It's nice though - guess I need to try it out a bit more - all it's done at the mo is make me reach for 22 more.

Travelling via Duty free later - need to stay strong - I don't need anything!

Good weekend all
