Guerlain Vetiver Pour Elle - second full wear

Got a small decant, like 2.5ml, of this on BN'er's recommendations. Really enjoying it. Trying to decide if it is masculine or not. It opens with a bit of flowery scent, which dies down very quickly, and remains very subtle. I was intimidated by the "pour elle" in the name, as I don't want to smell like an "elle," but I think it is pretty unisex really, being predominantly vetiver, with a hint of sweetness, when you get to the heart.

Overall, I really like it, and think it is bottle worthy. I may not get a bottle, because there are soooo many good vetivers, and I have samples and decants of many. But then again, I may... always room for one more! I do like it better then Sycamore (I have a decant) and Encre Noir (FB), both of which I also really like. I like it as much as Grey Vetiver, but it is very different from that one.

If you like it you can try the Mazzolari Vetyver, it is almost the same and is not that expensive as the Vetiver Pour Elle.

If you like it you should better get it as it's just been discontinued...

My wife likes it - but I would never wear it.

yes, just discontinued, what a pity.
I think a man can wear it easily, for me it is unisex

It's very lovely. At once bright and rooty, floral and salty. I wear it often. It will be rare very soon, enough reason to get it
