So here are the questions, in order of preferential precedence:
1. Is it a clean scent? If yes, then...
2. ... is it primarily a citrus scent? If yes, then...
3. ... does it use less of the sweet and spicy citrus notes? If yes, then...
4. ... does it focus more on the bitter and aromatic citrus notes? If yes, then...
5. ... does it use a clean wood base? If yes, then...
6. ... does it use a clean floral heart? If yes, then...
7. ... does it use bergamot, jasmine, and/or cedar as notes, but not necessarily as primary notes? If yes, then...
8. ... are any of primary notes bergamot, jasmine, and/or cedar?

Tell me up to which question you can answer "yes" for your suggestion. Also describe the notes of the scent and what the spine consists of. It would do no harm to give the name and house of your suggestions either. Giving a link to its basenotes would be a welcome, but non-compulsory, flourish to your response.

Have fun!

My suggestion and how it fits your criteria:

1. Yes, primarily
2. mostly citrus, with background florals, light amber, and cedar
3. it's sweet in a juicy way but not in a coumarin/vanilla way, but also very...
4. ...bitter. Bitter grapefruit, bitter but with a smooth texture thanks to the clean/fresh/ozone notes and smooth jasmine
5. yes, a light amber and clean woody base
6. yes
7 & 8 I'd say grapefruit, jasmine, geranium, cedar are primary notes, with ozone/smooth orange being noticeable, too
9. Best of all, it's inexpensive!

10. The scent?
11. Le Roy Soleil Homme by Salvador Dali

(more info: http://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/S...Homme-971.html )
notes: grapefruit and bergamot; middle notes are jasmine, brazilian rosewood and geranium; base notes are amber and cedar.

Monsieur Balmain seems to fit the bill.

Maybe Chanel Allure Homme Sport Cologne Sport (clear bottle). The only missing link would be florals. It has a tart lemon/bergamot at top, that dries down to a clean mix of citrus, cedar, white musk, and a bit of tonka for a creamy/sweet element.
It's my favorite from the Allure line & works well for me as a refreshing, clean summer scent. (Allure Homme Sport Cologne & Mugler Cologne are my 2 standby, go to scents in hot weather when I just want to feel clean & refreshed)

Calè Fragranze D'Autore Assolo fits your bill from top to bottom...
