Orders from Lutens website query

Is it usual to get an email after placing an order from Serge Lutens website to get an email asking if you made the order?

Not my experience either. I get an email confirming the order details and then another email when shipped (sometimes the shipping email comes first).

No. Might have been something weird with your credit card. Hopefully, they were just making sure it was you, which is good. I would certainly call and find out.

All sorted. Was cos it was a large order from a 1st time buyer placed over a BH weekend.

No problems with payment. More worried it was a fraudulent order. Getting the book too apparently

I get calls when I place orders outside my country. It's just a security check.
