Hednic- Don't worry - I had no idea who she was too till about a month ago ! *LOL* she was a model turned songstress - pretty good music but I have to be the right frame of mind for it. Love her songs Blue Jeans and Video Games.
I wonder what Creed she bought !

No creed could have saved her from her wretched performance on SNL. I do like two of her songs though.

As opposed to every other mainstream "musician" in our current time? If they're on a major, they're at least partly fabricated and that's being awfully generous. Yes, her SNL performance could've been better but her live shows have improved (she's very young, she has a lot of growing to do) and her tunes are solid to me.

She may not be everyone's cup of tea but the Lana Del Rey hate is so played out in my opinion. She just seems like easy target du jour these days.

It's nice to see how personable and warm she is to her fans which is something you cannot say about many other musicians out there. If you read through the YouTube comments of this video, the fan in the video who was crying posted in the comments and said Del Rey had her people go and seek her out to invite her into the hotel for a meal with her. Regardless of what you think of her music, kind and decent people like that are always gonna get my respect. YMMV.
