Hardly any, but there is a slight resemblance in Ungaro II, due to the dark rose - leathery - powdery accord

Woah I don't get the Ungaro II connection at all.

I have only smelled one fragrance that is truly similar to EL: Carven Vetiver Dry.

Give us an idea what elements of Esencia you especially like. It does have 3 distinct phases.

Boss Sport has a rounder interpretation of vegetal + musk.

I've read in reviews that Polo Green has a similar vibe, but don't know from experience.

Im a fan of Loewe and own Essencia Loewe and have not found anything remotely similar to it. Very unique.

Polo is much more brash with its loud pine and birch tar. EL is much more herbal and creamy.
