Any experiences with ljshopping.net?

Just wondering if anybody has had any experience with this site? The prices are wicked cheap, but from what I've read online, there are a lot of negative reviews on customer service and products. Any feedback would be appreciated.

First time I've heard of this site.

I bought some minis from them a long while back and don't recall any issues.

Some prices are too good to be true. Looks like they add about $9 for shipping and handling also.

Those prices are great....but those reviews are SCARY!

I wouldn't go near that place if I were you. Unless they accept Paypal and you order something really cheap...some of the reviews said they actually steal your credit card number and go buy stuff with it. That's crazy!

they rip you off in shipping and handling charges

I've bought from them several times, with no issues, although I've never had to deal with their customer service department, so I can't speak to that. I will say that their selection is pretty vast, and prices are very competitive. But a big Nota Bene here: they charge both a "shipping" and a "handling" fee, which increases your purchase by about $10. They used to allow for coupon codes, and they're still mentioned in the FAQ, but I've received confirmation that they no longer accept them (they are under new management now). In my experience, I'd recommend them (shipping was usually 3-5 business days), but again, I've never had an issue to deal with their customer service. Just purchase using a card that covers your butt and you'll be fine.

EDIT: Just checked my emails, and the last two purchases from them were 4.2oz Rive Gauche Pour Homme ($30) and 3.4oz Kenzo Homme ($28- tester). Both arrived just fine.

Ya but they do offer free shipping on larger purchases. If you spend 299.99 or more. Which, if I was gonna order, I would probably do a large order like that, because the prices are so cheap. I just would like to know from the fragrance community as opposed to just average Joe reviews online, if the service is adequate.

I placed my order in early December 2012 to have some perfume as Christmas gifts. There was not indication that the products our out of stock. While checking for the status of my order on-line, I saw that it was put in back-order. I did not get any communication from them, something like 'your order is confirmed' or 'it is in back-order status' with apologies, nothing. I decided to check if the items that I purchased are listed as out-of-stock on their website, because their explanation was that by the time my order was processed, the items were out of stock and they had to put it in back-order. Guess what, all of the items were available for purchasing and still are showing as in-stock. I am not sure how this company will survive with this approach to doing business. It is very suspicious that they collect your credit card information without shipping anything to you. After two month of keeping my order as back-ordered, they cancelled it without any notice. Very disappointing experience! This appears to be some kind of scam!

I ordered from LJ about 2 weeks ago, and received my order in 3 days. I called LJShopping before placing the order and they helped me with the products I needed. Pretty smooth transaction. I got free shipping because my order was over $65. Also there was $5 coupon (any5off). I would recommend Ljshopping.net. I love perfumes and love discounts.

Thanks

Daisy
