Spicebomb smells EXACTLY like ......

Eau de Baux.

I was at Nordstrom and got (3) 1.5 ml samples. Smells very very similar to Eau de Baux, slightly spicier, but still very close.

I own both and sprayed both on each wrist and the resemblance is uncanny.

I think I'll pass on Spicebomb, not different enough from Eau de Baux.

I have both, but to me they're different.

It must be good stuff b/c I see you got Kelley's number

Was wearing Edition Blanche and Aventus, that sealed the deal. Got the Spicebomb samples right after at Nordstrom -

One day I'll agree with one of these "exactly like" threads......but not today.......

Both lovely fragrances through.

I did the same side-by-side test and reached the same conclusion.

I found it similar to the reissued L'Occitane Ambre.
If you put the top notes of Eau de Baux on top of Viktor & Rolf Antidote .. you got Spicebomb.

I think Spicebomb is a good mainstream fragrance but not as strong/interesting as Flowerbomb (or Antidote).
I think it smells like a stronger version of Gucci PH2.
I got Egoiste from a scent strip of Spicebomb. On my skin it started as Pure Havane and morphed into Armani Code. Weird little number.
...shitty candy...

Edition BLanche AND Aventus? Layered?
I got spicebomb and D&G's no 11 La Force today and I'd say they smell 90% the same. Spicebomb has a hint of spice that La Force doesn't and La Force is a touch more floral but overall very very similar. Spicebomb seems to last twice as long though, although twice the price too.
Similar, but not too similar.

Not a fan of Spicebomb but I love EdB. It's the vanilla and incense that really set EdB apart.

1 Million + CK One Shock Him + Tobacco Vanille - Longevity = Spicebomb
post #18 of 38
Smells like a combo of Eau de Baux, Tobacco Vanille, and maybe one million.

...cinnamon gum chewed after smoking a cigarette, followed by a swig of cream soda.

In this case, I suspect Kelley may be a man.

Not sure, actor David schwimmer's mom is a highly successful corporate attorney who favors smoking cigar.

I love our trenchant wit & keen observations however.

Sweaty Red Hots, lol. Overrated imo.
Exactly like........hundreds of those other new limp creations........
they are very different to me, not even close. EDB smells sweeter to me

Put Givenchy Play Intense on one wrist and Spicebomb on the other, wait a couple of hours and it becomes hard to really tell one from the other. I prefer Spicebomb as it has more character and more interesting in how it develops on my skin.

If I want manly sweaty red hots (which I don't) I'll go for Fahrenheit.

I have not had the displeasure of smelling Spicebomb, but by the comments I've been reading, I don't want to. YIKES!!!

Don't let the negative comments dissuade you from sampling Spicebomb, I think it is quite nice.

I wore it today, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's really nice for fall and early spring. Very glad I have my bottle. I enjoy my Fahrenheit, too, and respect EdB, but if you like things a bit more candyish and fruity, Spicebomb is quite nice. Flowerbomb for guys!

Spicebomb doesn't smell like Eau de Baux to me at all. I think the Spicebomb is pretty good not bad. I'm hoping they drop an Intense or Extreme version though. I'm not looking for it to be louder, I'd just like it to last longer on me.

Oooooooh! Intense would be interesting. I'm pretty happy with the current version, but I could be tempted!

Roberto of Creed told me a great trick for increasing longevity that I used today on Spicebomb, and actually got 17 hours out of it. Basically, I sprayed two additional sprays about 6-8 inches below each armpit, on my sides, under the shirt. Apparently, it's an oily spot that holds fragrance, but doesn't overheat like the armpits themselves. I was afraid that it might be too strong overall, but surprisingly, it seemed to increase longevity more than projection. I am still smelling it around me, over 17 hours later.

My skin is pretty good for Spicebomb anyway, but maybe it will work for you, too!

Used this method for years and it works.

Spicebomb does not smell like EdB, IMO. A spicier, less sweet Amber Narguile is what i get from Spicebomb.

EVERYBODY Who love the opening should BUY CK SHOCK for HIM !!!!
The Opening of SPicebomb smells exactly like the beginning till the end of CK SHOCK fragrance

CH Chic has also a similar bubble gum vibe

Me too.

Never got to try it on my wrist, but on paper that was the first thing I thought of.
I think Spicebomb smells a bit like a combination of EdB and Gucci PH II.
My skin is very dry and i don't get good longevity usually. This sounds interesting, i will definitely going to give it a try.

Absolutely. I'll add Tobacco Vanille to that list.

On me, two different scents.
