George Louis Costanza: "Let me tell you something. A man without hand is not a man."
In this same way it can be said that a man without a signature scent well really isn't that much of a man. Back in my younger days of youth I used to wear whatever my dad or brother would wear. My brother is a man of Cool water and chrome, My father wore brut, jovan musk, jovan sex appeal, and antonio banderas. Now while all these where great smelling and got the attention from the ladies I sought after, they will always remind me of my dad or brother.
Now it is time for me to find something that is my go to fragrance. What I am looking for is something definetly masculine, intriguing/ compliment getter, unique/not popular, and great value being that it will be my go to fragrance.
So far what I have tried and liked besides those mentioned above, are: hugo by hugo boss(while it smells great and i like the confidence it projects, its not an every day for me.) and l'bleue d'issey by issey miyake (smells great on me reminds me of chrome, but its really hard to find at a good value i only have the splash on sample I don't know how the spray compares on longevity and projection.)
So I ask those who are more knowledgeable on these matters to help a newly arrived base noter out.
