Hello Ladies, (and Men as the case may be)

So, I went to my hairdressers this afternoon to be greeted with the news that they are no longer a Redken Gold Ambassador Salon, and have changed allegiances to Sebastian.

Yea or Nay?

The staff has not changed, and they're still using Redken colours; all the same, I'm unfamiliar with Sebastian, so would appreciate any insights here.
