I have wanted New Haarlem for a long time and plan on buying that and either Andy Warhol (the new one) or Bleeker Street. Of the ones listed which I am told locally will be available as a free bottle, Which one would be your pick?

(I already have Silver Factory so that one is out of the running for me and it would help me most if you voted for something else...)

I know a lot of people don't like Bond fragrances so please, be civil!

Due to the upcoming summer I would suggest you:

- Coney Island;
- Little Italy;

On regards to Bond's haters, don't bother, Bond conjures good and bad fragrances like any other house, follow your nose and ignore the haters.

Wall Street is good but similar to MI so if you don't have MI, I would go for Wall Street. Little Italy is def versatile for Summer.
1. Bleeker Street - is that available ?
2. Chez Bond - better than GIT for summer IMHO
3. Hamptons or Wall Street - though they both have an odd mid note........but Hampton is a Creed SMW clone and Wall Street is a Creed MI clone.....

My SOTD is Coney Island so I will be consistent.

I like Coney Island or Andy Warhol Andy Warhol

Definitely Chez Bond for me (I also think its much nicer than GIT). My next choice would be Coney Island. And if they were available, I'd also recommend Andy Warhol Montauk, High Line, Gramercy Park, & Eau de New York.

I'm looking to get in on this deal in a couple of days and number one on my list is Coney Island...so I would recommend Coney Island.

I think I'm one of a very few that likes Little Italy. Oranges and civet, yay!

Excuse my ignorance but how does this free refill event work?

You buy two and get one free is my understanding.

However, I have just (this minute) purchased a 3.4oz Coney Island from fragranceshop.com for under £100 shipped (I think the US get free shipping). To me, with a legitimate website such as this undercutting the online Bond store, those who would be interested in the refill offer could get almost double for their money by purchasing here (the refill offer is not available but with the prices so low, you don't need it!) This makes the 'get one free' offer look pretty shoddy IMO!

The last time Saks SF had this event, I chose the 3.4 oz Coney Island as the freebie. It sucks how they don't provide the cap though. Are the choices in your poll all they offer this time? If so, maybe Little Italy, Wall Street, Hamptons, or Andy Warhol Silver Factory would be my choice this time around.

Chinatown is the best of the bunch up there IMO
post #17 of 46
I'd get Chinatown out of those selections.
Get yourself some New Haarlem ASAP!!
It's my favourite. The wife loves it too.

My Nordsrtroms in Portland has those that I listed in the poll as freebies. Some just one of up to 20 for one. I have had a couple held as my freebie and will let them know what I want in the morning...

Without hesitation I'd go with Bleeker Street. Smells great and can be worn year round.

+1

Bleecker is already on T/S radar. I have to agree with you this is definitely a wonderful fragrance and it lasts and lasts and projects,

Coney Island or Chinatown
Wall Street, Coney Island or Chez. Chinatown is more for women I heard.

Yes, but you don't really have to return any bottle, buy two (any size) and get 100ml free.
For me, the only I would ever entertain the thought of would be Riverside Drive.
Nuit de Noho or Chez Bond
Chinatown is nice
Chinatown. The only one I know, but felt in love with! So Yummmmy.

Just to note for UK Basenoters, we get this over here too! I had a card from Harrods this morning promoting it.

Buy any two and get 100ml free?

Any idea when the Harrod's event is? I am in London on the 31st and may take a look if that is the case...

UPDATE:Just rang Harrod's and they expect it to last approximately 1 week-10 days, but couldn't be certain.

Buy two products and you get 100ml free, but you have to take an empty bottle (not necessarily a Bond bottle).

Hmm, I now need to look at acquiring a 100ml fragrance bottle...

I don't have the card handy at the minute, but I'm pretty sure the terms were the same, so yes.

Again, don't remember the dates exactly but I think it starts this Saturday, the 26th and runs for approx. 2 weeks, so you'd get it on the 31st.
Thanks Dave, I just rang the concession and they seem to think it'll last to the end of May at least...
At Harrods it says 26th of May to the 9th of June.

I know that Nordstroms in the US (and I assume Saks and Harrods too) have limited bottles. Not every fragrance is available for free and some of those available for free at my local store were in very small numbers. As few as one bottle to as many as 20. Get there early for the best free selection! Just a heads up.
You could always order on-line at Saks. They are showing the same event.

Thanks for all the input! In the end I got Coney Island.

Great choice. Let us know how you like it going forward. I think 2 sprays is all you need and that bottle will last you.
I just got back from Saks. I bought Bleecker Street & Riverside Drive. For the free I got Brooklyn. Almost got Chez Bond instead but smells a lot like GIT (sorry) which I already own. Was hoping they'd have Coney Island but they were down to Chez, Brooklyn, Union Square, and Scent of Peace.
I havent tried most of the Bond Line
big fan of silver though
Chez is nice but numerous very similar fragrances out there
