This is a chance for everyone to post photo´s of rare fragrances from your collection.
I´m starting with :

Here are photo´s of a rare perfume called Helix that was produced as a limited edition of 200 pieces. I know nothing about the company that produced it. I bought it from a fellow collector.
I have not opened the original seal and do not have any information about the perfume or its composition.

Here´s another. A metal edition of Globe from Rochas. I also have the regular edition Globe, but this smells much stronger than the regular stuff. More like an eau de parfum.

I remember that globe as the regular, original vintage edition...

Not the rarest Creed there is, but getting much harder to come by as each month passes. IMO, very worthy of the praise it receives from afficianados. The opening bouquet is an intoxicating antiquity style fragrance symphony. And, of course, not everyone's cup of tea!

When I saw that you were that last to respond to this thread, I had a feeling that you were going to put this up. What a beautiful thing, rare in that it is discontinued and even rarer in the 75ml presentation, wish I had one, cheers.

Ruehl No 925 Signature. They stopped making this back in 2010 b/c all the Ruehl No 925 stores were closed. Smells just like Rive Gauche.

Escada Magnetism and Sean Jean Unforgivable Multi Platinum.

I have this one, no name on the bottle & the seller didn't know the label either. Hope someone here could help me identify this bottle (its a splash bottle)

It could be that it is a fragrance that has been decanted into another bottle. This isn't guaranteed to be the bottle that he juice originally came in.

A beautiful rare lavender fragrance for men from Roger+Gallet.
(Clever name - Verlande being an anagram of lavender)

Fantastic thread! Interesting and thanks for sharing this. Particularly found the Patou to be alluring!

Rarest thing I have is Pure Coffee...I'm sure no one really cares to see that again

I don't think there's anything different in the juice between the Metal bottle and the regular bottle. Also, Globe isn't as scarce as it used to be here in the US. It's made a comeback of sorts and you can pick up a bottle for $40 to $50 including the Metal edition. Vintage Eau de Rochas PH and Monsieur Rochas are much more scarce.

I see what you are saying, perhaps it´s my imagination that it smells stronger than the regular bottle.
Regarding it´s rarity, please remember that I live in France. It is very hard to find over here. Now we just have the modern perfume chains like Sephora. The small perfumeries are a dying breed over here and I prefer to buy from perfumeries rather than online, so that I can test the quality of the fragrance. It took me years to find this fragrance !

I've posted this before in the bottle thread.

Coty L'Origan, date unknown (could be 1920s)
Bottom of bottle is hand-engraved with some code letters/numbers.
I received this with a sticker that said "Baccarat Crystal", but have no way of verifying it.
60% full of original juice, stopper is stuck, but amusingly, still easily smellable around the seal.
If you were wondering, it's a dense-as-lead floral oriental, smelling as dark as the color of the juice might suggest.

Out of interest and complete lack of knowledge...what is considered the rarest Creed?

This is a beautiful fragrance. If you are a fan of Ébène from Balmain then you will love this.

Lovely collection. Do you have any idea what the vintage of that Shalimar is? I have a bottle that looks identical to yours (it belonged to my grandmother), but have never found out when it's from.

Escada Magnetism? Wasn't this produced in rather large quantities?

Obviously quite recent but I was very happy to get hold of this one. It was launched as a special edition for Fashion Week in NYC - green lawn, touch of mint chocolate, hint of coffee, not overly sweet - an unusual one.
