Does anyone like Wall Street by Bond No 9 ?

Does anyone like the scent Wall Street by Bond No 9? When I first tried it, I was very put off by the cucumber, salty, Korean salad with a sour undertone vibe. But after a long while it grew on me and I got another sample. So I'm debating whether I should grab a decant of something of this stuff. Anybody had similar experience with Wall Street?

Yep, and I love it!

I don“t like it at all. For me, it is a synthetic mess. A complicated version of Echo by Davidoff.

I like it third most of all the millesime imperial family.

1. Millesime Imperial
2. Unforgivable Multi-Platinum
3. Wall Street

1st, it's very good longevity and sillage wise, but the base is waaay too synthetic and has nothing fruity or smooth to balance the chemmy green salty aquatic harsh drydown. For the first 4-6 hours it's geat, but that cold, hard drydown just doesn't jive with how rich and smooth the rest of the scent is. but I still like it more than any other Bond scent.

2nd, could she have picked a more unfortunate name ? Who doesn't hate Wall Street right now ? They've become like a renegade sef-segregating corrosive enemy within the state. WTF kind of thing to nname a fragrance after.

3rd...the bottle, like all bond bottles, is grotesquely tacky. Yet I still want to own it just so I can layer it with the aforementioned two in the winter to project more of that vibe. Go figure.

I think it is a decent fragrance. Like it even more so, since it was I got it as part of the free refill deal.

I really dislike it. It gave me a headache every time.

I like it for a while and then it starts to get cloying to me. The cucumber is just a little too much of a main player for me. If it were toned down just a bit I think I would enjoy it more.

Just hate it. Love the op's description: "cucumber salty Korean salad." Couldn't have said it any better.

Not a fan of this one either.

Agree. I always enjoy wearing my sample for about an hour and think to myself, "why don't I ever just buy a bottle of this?" Shortly thereafter I really start to get tired of it and want it gone. It seems a bit unbalanced and leans too heavily on the cucumber note for my tastes.

And it stays there even after you try to wash it off, just constantly bugging you....really terrible if you're not a fan.

Somehow I broke the top of my bottle off a few years ago and ended up decanting it into several atomizers - after I left it in the broken bottle for a while. I don't wear it much - though I like it - but I find it goes on extremely oily, to the point I'd be afraid to put clothing on over it.

It was nice until it got to the drydown, which i got a fishy vibe from it

EXACTLY!!! This is what kills Wall Street for me. I get an extremely fishy/seaweed vibe at the bottom. Turns my stomach.

One of my least favorite Bond No. 9 fragrances. After 30 minutes, I need to scrub it off. However, I always wind up scrubbing MI off after about 15 minutes...
