perfume vs aftershave on projection

Hi,

I want to make a good impression. I wanna be the guy who smells fit and really good.

so I wanna buy this Chanel cologne but it's pretty expensive. In general, perfume is more expensive than aftershave cream.

I want to get the product cheap. So if they have the same smell, I would go for aftershave cream.

and weirdly, I like the way aftershave smells better than perfume. But I think perfume would have better projection, right?

Do they have same projection by any chance?

Does aftershave project at all?

All I need is just, when a girl passes me, she can smell me. Does aftershave make this possible?

Aftershave has the highest percentage of alcohol mixed with the essentials of a fragrance, which, in turn, will affect the longevity and projection of a particular fragrance.

Aftershave can have projection but usually lacks longevity.

Generally, aftershaves rank lowest in terms of longevity, almost no comparison even to an EDT.

After shaves have terrible longevity and pretty dismal projection too IMO.
