Paypal website- real or fake ?

About 2 weeks ago , I started getting this Paypal webpage every now and then . Mostly I would get the familiar Paypal webpage we all know .
*****Sorry about the screenshot - I will have to fix it ! Edit : Fixed ! Just got that webpage again !

I am very wary of fake web pages / websites / paypal emails etc so I phoned customer service to ask them about it. They did not know anything about a new redesigned Paypal website .

I do not enter this new website at all .
I am wondering if anyone is getting this webpage and is it legitimate or something sinister ?

I have not seen that particular one, Mimi, but I may be getting them for all I know. I regularly get email in my junk mail (hotmail) claiming to be paypal - I always delete them.

Hi Lilybelle- it's when you type in www.paypal.com - sometimes this is what I get. I then clear cookies and re type in the address and get the familiar webpage.
I have even typed in " Paypal " in Google search and clicked on the legit link to Paypal and I sometimes get this blue Paypal page.

It's odd !
Also - the security certificate ( green 'https' - seems okay which puzzles me. ) is registered to San Jose - the same as the regular paypal webpage.

Oh heavens- thank you L !!!

Can you believe I spoke to Paypal customer service and they did not know about this new webpage ! They told me to report it.

I have to say, I only go to Paypay through my ebay page.

I have got a few emails in the past few weeks, telling me my account is about to be closed etc which I just block.
