Demeter makes an "atmosphere spray" (home fragrance) in their "Grass" scent. You might want to start there as Demeter is fairly inexpensive relative to some of the more posh home fragrance companies.

Look into CB (Christopher Brosius) I hate Perfume line...

example - Memory of Kindness, has a strong tomato leaf note which smells like fresh grass.

also the obvious one, Sisley's Eau De Campagne.

look for notes like Tomato leaf and Galbanum, etc

I see they have matched the candle and room-spray with L'Eau d'Artisan which (along with Herba Fresca and Eau de Campagne) is one of the best 'freshly cut grass' EDT's out there. Might be worth a shot.

Here's what Primrose wrote in the thread entitled "Man Candles":
