I would imagine that those who love Le Mâle by Jean Paul Gaultier(LM) might love the combination of worlds here in Armani Code Ultimate (ACU). I find it strange as I have not yet learned to love...
this is easily the worst amouage i've tried & i've tried most. a cloying clove cluster that really sends a feeling of nausea through the system. i persevered through the interminable dyrdown (it...
I went shopping for a new perfume in March and had difficulty finding something new to try at Sephora. The scents at the store become blended after smelling a few samples. I decided to buy...
Purchased this in the duty free on the way back to Doha. I picked Forever And Ever Dior because the description contained base notes that I normally like. This is a clean scented-floral that is...
A smooth, lightly-spiced vanilla. Unlike many vanilla-dominant scents it isn't heavy, cloying, nor too sweet for non-teenagers. I don't know where the name 'Santal' comes from, I can't detect any....
I'm 18 years old, looking for a signature scent, Those two not common at all Where i live.
I want something that project confidence and arrogance.
So which one?
Both are similar but Fierce lasts longer on me. PE is a little more upscale smelling, but chances are people will think it's Fierce anyway. Girls in general love Fierce.

Fierce is better for your age, so wear it while you can. Platinum Egoiste, IMO, is good also, but you are better off with regular Egoiste.
Fierce smells better to me. I used to wear it as my signature but now I've run out.
Platinum Egoiste isn't bad at all, but Fierce will definitely agree with the 18+ crowd better.

This echoes my thoughts on the decision. I wore Fierce as my signature scent throughout High School, and nowadays wear Platinum Egoiste.
If you're looking for a somewhat similar fragrance within the Chanel house, I'd look at Bleu de Chanel. It's more refined than fierce and you'll smell different than everyone else in the crowd (if you're 18.) This scent seems to be popular amongst people in their mid-20's like myself. Egoiste is much more refined than both and I'm not sure it would suit you well. Bleu on the other hand might do the trick. I must say, if you're looking for compliments from women they won't shy away from BDC and you can let them know it's Chanel...they always seem to melt over designer label anyhow.
