A friend and I went halfsies on one and would like to split it without having to spray it. If we cut open the plastic, is there any way to access the juice?

if you mean cut the brown exterior covering on the flask - the answer is no, you'll still end up spraying.

You have to spray A*Men flankers. It's just the way it is. The sprayers are a PITA unless you cut them. Even then, if you keep it in the rubber flask, it's going to be a PITA to decant it b/c the atomizer doesn't protrude from the flask.

Well you can cut out the rubber casing no problem. But to extract the fragrance your either going to need to atomize it by spraying into a decant atomizer or using a syringe like Brian Chambers does. Both ways it will work no problem.
