Morning all. Shall I get us started? L'Heure Bleue for me today. Ordinarily I wouldn't regard this as a high summer scent, but since it's grey and very wet outside it seems a perfect fit

Happy Birthday Heavenscent1 - have a lovely day!

Best to all.

Morning Everyone,

Thanks devilcat for doing the honours. You smell wonderful in l'heure bleue.

Uncle Serge's Cuir Mauresque today. The only scent I have ever been complimented on.

Happy Birthday Heavenscent1.
Have a lovely day, folks.

Good morning everyone So far today seems to be a good day. The bf is back from Karlsøy ( haven't seen him since Friday), it's sunny and I'm off to see a friend and have some coffee soon. Today I craved Fracas. Hopefully it won't be too much for this weather, but I only spritzed once Have a great day all!

Morning everyone. Are you all OK? I haven't seen you for a couple of days.

I am going to drive to the countryside to collect my mum. She will be staying for a few days. She really loves a nice Eau De Cologne, or a Citrus based fragrance. She doesn't like Orientals or dense, opulent fragrances. So I think that we will do some sniffing to find a new one for her. I am thinking maybe Eau du Sud? I might try her with some Vetivers? Hmm....

Must be thinking about it because my SOTD is my old friend Acqua di Genova. She likes this too.

Mimi & cello, hope today sees you both feeling better!

Trying to wake up, so groggy this morning! Could only reach for Coco Mademoiselle on a morning like this, even though I've worn it like crazy lately. Must try the parfum soon!

I'm trying Maison Martin Margiela - Untitled

...I'm very underwhelmed. It isn't unpleasant, but I was hoping it would be nicer. It's far too shy and frightened.

Been a little busy today. Had to travel to Poznan to receive my diploma and fill in some papers that are needed to be submitted if I want to continue my studies on 2nd degree.

My scent was Annick Goutal Le Chevrefeuille, really great for a hot summer in the city.

My latest ebay find, Diane von Furstenberg's Volcan d'Amour, another deep amber colored, astringent galbanum-y floral like my beloved Mollie Parnis, with more staying power and a knockem-sockem incense drydown. This frag can't decide whether it belongs in a head shop or at Studio 54. What fun!

Good Morning, all! Oooo, jujy54, that sounds marvelous! Disco Hippie. What is it? The pic is too small for me to read.

Getting settled into our new home, so of course still surrounded by boxes and clutter. I finally made a haven of peace among the chaos, by finishing the kitchen. Now, for the remaining...
I missed that Astrud and Twolf have also recently moved into new homes, too. Congratulations!!! I hope all is going smoothly for each of you.

Today I will wear by Kilian Beyond Love. Have a great day, everyone.

I agree, Mumsy. I prefer to stick to No.19 for my galbanum fix.

Sorry, its Volcan d'Amour! You can click on the thumbnail. Still smelling it hours later. I feel the need to fashionably tear a sweatshirt and wear leggings...

I'm a real fume head today.
I'm testing L'anarchiste on the left back wrist with CB Cumming on the right for another thread BNer

Then I got fed up with the caron and the cummings faded, so I'm now also wearing Neil Morris Leather garden on the front wrists.

This is a bit of true perfumers playfulness. It's like a plastic leather mac in a plastic flower garden. It's so fabulously madly funny but sort of quite nice, I feel like dancing around the garden wearing a see through plastic mac... Perhaps it's all jumbled with the others.... i'll have to try it again after a scrub up to test it alone. I'm not even drinking...... or anything...... Fumes must've gone to my head...... Wonder what he was thinking of with this.... Neil... if you're out there anywhere.....

It's been a long day on call ... I'm wearing Eau des Merveilles. My bottle is empty, but I found a partial sample in one of my travel cases. I think I have enough for one more wearing. I seriously need another full bottle of this!

Happy birthday, Heavenscent1!

Happy Birthday Gary & Heavenscent1 ! I hope you both have (had?) a wonderful day.

Hope you are back to 100% soon, Mimi. I hate getting sick in the middle of the summer, but there is some kind of nasty bug making its way around here, too...

Devilcat is wearing the scent that I keep saying will be my next full bottle. I'm intrigued by Like This - it's so different (in a good way!).

I'm wondering what to bring to Wolfie's housewarming party. I hope she is doing well...
