Terre D' Hermes Metal Plate?

So I am planning on buying some Terre D' Hermes however I noticed that not all bottles have the metal plate that covers the top of the bottle under the cap.

My questions is are all bottles of TDH supposed to have this metal plate?

I am just worried about buying a fake fragrance and I am not sure if Hermes has changed the bottle since its initial release. If anyone is familiar please help

If you buy it from a reputable place, you should be fine.

I'm pretty certain that the real bottles of TdH will always have that metal plate. Anything else might be some kind of tester or more likely a fake I suppose.

That is what Im thinking......they all should have it. But I wonder does any one on here have a bottle without the metal plate?

As far as I know all the Terre d'Hermes bottles have the metal plate, even the testers. You didn't happen to see a picture of the mini? That one doesn't have the metal plate:

I have a 0.42oz mini of TdH perfume, it doesn't have the metal plate.

I guess the mini version doesnt have it....this could be the case because now that I look again the ones Im looking at are mini 12ml bottles and they look like the mini that was posted

My bottle of TdH (75ml) parfum version has the metal plates.

Thanks alot guy for the post....I think the issue is just the mini don't have the plate and the regular bottle sizes do. As far as i can see from the pictures posted

Wow. For a moment I had this reformulation-rush... But all is well now. Simply no metal plates for the dwarfs!
