Honeysuckle

I love this floral note. I am currently enjoying Petals by Lili Bermuda but I would love more suggestions for Honeysuckle scents. I will find a description of the note and post it here.

This is a frustrating one for me, Fleurine. I love Japanese Honeysuckle (the yellow ones; there are other varieties that don't have the same fragrance, as I discovered when we planted one ) but a realistic honeysuckle perfume has proved elusive for me.

There are the old Avon ones and the sweet, discontinued B&BW ones, there's Chevrefeuille by AG (doesn't smell of the yellow blossoms to me, maybe of another variety?) and Caprifoglio by SMN (more neroli than anything else). There's Demeter Honeysuckle which I found dirty smelling and not floral enough, not true to the flower. But some like it.

The closest I've come is a body mist and lotion by Ann Taylor, discontinued, called Orange Nectar Honeysuckle. But the honeysuckle note is fleeting. The note lasts longer in the lotion than in the spray, but not by much.

Tania Sanchez wrote in Perfumes: The Guide that the honeysuckle note is unstable (I believe it was in the review for Chevrefeuille). Maybe that is the problem, then.

Santa Maria Novella Honeysuckle is lovely though 30 Roses is right - there is a lot of neroli . Worth a try though.

Thanks for the responses! I just realized the French word for honeysuckle is Chevrefeuille...I'm teetering on the edge of buying the AG; then a bottle of Calypso Chevrefeuille popped up on eb*y, and it was inexpensive and discontinued so I bought it. Anyone smelled the L'Occitance or Yves Rocher?
ps mims I love neroli/orange blossom/jasmine...I can't recall ever smelling the natural honeysuckle flower, though.

Here's another I found on Fragrantica's database: L'Erbolario Caprifoglio (never tried it; is it even current?)

Eau de Patou pour Homme is a wonderful masculine honeysuckle IMO.
