TL pour Lui by Ted Lapidus similarities with Le Male

I was reading up on TL Pour Lui and noticed comparisons with Le Male. I know exactly what Le Male smells like but I've never come across Lui so I was wondering what the similarities are? Is it only composition or do they have similar sweetness, projection, longevity, and are they for the same age group? I'm thinking if blind buying Lui for now so any info would help! thanks

Have both and personally don't see any similarities.

Maybe the lavender in the top notes but I agree the dry downs are totally different

Both scents are sweet and have good longevity. TL Pour Lui sillage is not as strong as Le Male but still very good. The smell is not similar. I loathe Le Male and TL Pour Lui is one of my favourites.

one major deal breaker for me is sweetness. Noting that Le Male has that sharp mint, lavender, and sandalwood to take the edge off the sweetness and keep it from cloying, would TL lui be considered sweeter than Le Male?

I get a Rochas Man vibe though. I wore it a couple days ago. It was great.

Rochas man is one of my favorites. Is Lui strictly a Fall/Winter scent like Rochas and how does the sweetness compare? ty
