This is what happens when people luv the Melvins, lolz. If you haven't already, check out Boris (below, looks like the Bryter Layter album by Nick Drake); they named themselves after the Melvins song.

Me too, man. It's got a really cool, hard-to-pin-down vibe to it.

Your appreciation reflects well on your own good tastes, sir.

Since I know there's some Stones fans here, I'm compelled to post this video. I've heard dozens of Stones shows but this one takes the prize. It seems absurd to have this show in their pocket and not release it as an official release. It's so good, it might even make some converts.
Without further ado, in it's entirety without commercial interruption, the Rolling Stones - Live in Brussels, Belgium, October 17, 1973, "Brussels Affair"

Right right, I'm saying an official release in the sense that you can buy a physical copy. I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to own the "official bootleg" series on vinyl. What's worse is as soon as those mp3/FLAC files appeared, pirated physical copies started appearing at absurd prices. Be that as it may, the shows I've heard from this series are killer.

@shinybeast, I totally agree with you, marketing strategies produce these anormalites, thinking of a "Beat the boots" Zappa style would be ideal!

Excellent fusion of electronica and soul.

Exactly, like Beat the Boots. I think Pearl Jam does something along those lines as well. There's three copies of Hampton 81 vinyl box on ebay right now, all over $185 and as much as $220. Those sort of prices and the availability of these boots drives me nuts. But enough whining about my high quality problems, lolz.
