As per the title, anyone got this? does it last all day on the skin, or is it like most frags these days, short lived? thanks for any input.

if you´re talking about the silver one , it has a nuclear longevity, excellent.
yeah, are we talking about the silver bottle? or the Man?

CdG2 man smells great, but has very poor silage and longevity. One of the worst I`ve come across..

Exactly. And projection is monstrous too.

Sorry should have said, it`s the silver bottle, just called 2, NOT MAN

So great projection and good lasting IMO.

Sillage and staying power are both oustanding, as is the fragrance.

Above average longevity.

This is one scent you MUST sample first. I sort of abhorred it when I first smelled it, and it took me years to finally warm up to it. There is a phantom synthetic texture to it (like many CdG's) that is apparently evident after a few minutes of applying it. Not a good candidate for a blind buy, that's for sure.

Agree and, as very often with Comme, the synthetic texture results pretty different on skin...

I wore CdG2 yesterday. Had three sprays. My wrist is still smelling today of CdG2 - very faint, slightly sweetish inky scent 24 hours later. So the longevity is speaking for itself.

Definitely. It's even a hard one for me to love after I fell for it. The first time I smelled it, I then smelled 2MAN, and went nutso for 2MAN. But I could never get 2 out of my mind. That "red" note in the center of it just haunted me. Eventually, I found a bottle in Italy and bought it on the spot. But I rarely wear it. I have to be in a really "synthetic" mood - it's almost like I have to have this weird craving for ruby red plastic notes to just overwhelm me.

PS - love your new sig!

If you guys like this scent, as I've said before, you **have** to smell the Body Cream which is officially discontinued. It's even better than the scent.

I suppose it must come to the size of application, i have their tester and i had like 4 sprays the other day, small one, and i could not smell it from my neck:-)

This is surprising that people mention monsters when talking about this scent:-) , am i anosimc to something?
It opens up with beautiful tea-mandarine note, that reminds me of geranium, its flowery but not sweet, then a hint of clean incense, then i think of iso E super hiding somewhere.

To me this is delicate, minimalistic scent, that must be great in hot summer days because now i hardly can smell anything unless i put my nose into it, it reminds me a lot of Iso E super, by its airy minimalistic character, and something in it reminds me vaguely of chanel no 22! This nutmeg , aldehydic combo maybe? But its in such a small dose that i like it, where in chanel no22 i could not wear it! Thats maybe what gives it a bit of synthetic vibe. This is an Asian style of Chanel no 22:-)

For me longevity is great. I bought it blind, loved it and have always loved it. It's one of my most cherished evocative scents.
BTW 2MAN is EDT not EDP, no?
