In Annick Goutal Mandragore Pourpre. It's citrus-herbal mix gives me a lot of positive energy even though the scent itself doesn't work perfect on my skin.

Santal Majuscule by Serge Lutens from a sample

As a BIG fan of sandalwood I was eager to smell this one, but there is a note in this (I can't put my finger on it) that is irritating my nose. Not sure if its the rose or some other aromachemical...but I keep waiting for it to fade. (sigh) This may take a few wearings to form an opinion on.

I like that one. Wears a little close and doesn't last forever, but to me, it's a nice refined gentleman's fragrance that doesn't get enough love... probably due to being $200 for 30ml.
