Good morning fellow Basenoters!
I would like to invite you to join the discussion about signature scents. I've just written a long article about this delicate and causing extramelly opposite reactions topic.

That would be great if you joined and shared your thoughts with me and other readers of my blog

The direct link to the article is here:

Good blog article, thank you for sharing it! Been wondering sometimes if i have a signature scent at all. Maybe i do, because there's one or two frags i always come back to.

I'm happy you liked it! Many people claim they don't but I would say - if you have a perfume that you know you would need a backup bottle - you've got yourself a signature scent.

Great article!

I cannot really say I have a signature scent. Yes, there are some I go back to often, but still, never so often as to become signature.

Somewhat unrelated to this, I remember Elena at perfumeshrine had some discussions in the past about how marketing of frag switched from the signature scent idea (with subsequent customer loyalty to a specific product) to changing scents as one does for clothes (to push out more flanker stuff).

I still have not found what I would refer to as my signature scent. But I definitely have narrowed it down to three that I love more than any other fragrances. I guess for now, those three are my signature scents.
