Never had and never will.

I follow the school of thought that suggest there is a unique type of anything for different scenarios. Be it a smile, perfume, tone of voice or car.

^^^^ Same here.

Wearing scent is my signature.

The days of having a signature scent are well in the past. I don't think many people have one.

Cabochard by Gres

Although I wear a different scent every day, this is on I will always have. It's one of my first loves and smells fantastic on me. I'll never be without it!! I realize this is not what you would typically consider a "signature scent" however it's as close to one as I'll ever have.

No single scent can reflect or represent or compliment or whatever my personality... Jicky, Sous le Vent and Tabac Blond currently feel very much like me, although a year ago I would have said 'Tabac Blond' only.

I like to have my cake and eat it too. I consider Habit Rouge my signature scent, but I wear many others often.

HR is the one I always come back to, the one I wear for most important occasions, the one I always have at hand - the one that I feel the most comfortable in.

It used to be T. Mugler Angel, now it's Agent Provocateur.

every bottle I own is my signature.

While I'm just starting and don't have one yet, I look at this question a couple of ways: 1) I agree with the people saying they have different scents for different events, seasons, etc instead of ONE single scent. That's what I'm looking to do as well. 2) I view a "signature" scent being one that can be worn year-round, day or night. It's your "go-to" scent. The one that never leaves your shelf. The one you would want to be wearing when you're buried.....and I would be shocked if most (if not all) of you fragrance veterans don't have a scent like that. 3) I also know from reading, that as we get older and more scent-seasoned, our preferences naturally change...meaning our "signature" scent is forever changing.

So can we maybe alter the question (because I think it's a fun topic) and say this: What's your current "go-to" scent?

If you can call a scent you only wear once a week a signature scent, then it would be Millesime Imperial by Creed. If I had to choose to wear only one for the rest of my life it would be that one at this point.

None, and, at the same time, more than just one signature scents.

Pretty much, far closer to a "signature rotation", coinciding almost entirely with both the "owned" and the "tested" section in my fragrance wardrobe.

Don't have any.
hard to say because my tastes are constantly changing.

I don't have one either, and enjoy wearing different scents based on different moods, seasons, and occasions. But if I had to choose based on a scent being versatile enough to be worn year round in both casual and dressy situations, I would probably go with Bond No 9's Chez Bond or Versace Pour Homme from my wardrobe. To me, these are "no brainers", that u can grab at any time without thought and feel appropriate.

Sometimes I pick a signature scent, but it never lasts for more than a few days. I'm fickle.
I just could not get rid of every fragrance I have to just have that ONE signature scent.
I like to wear fragrances according to my mood on any particular day. It would be difficult to say that I have one signature scent. But, If I had to pick one, that fragrance would most likely be Creed's Avenutus. But don't get me wrong, I adore wearing different scents.

Instead of a signature I have a rotation or go by my mood but if i had to say it would be hugo by hugo boss
post #21 of 28
For awhile it was Lacoste Pour Homme. It's just too hard to stick with one scent...it get's boring.
I have too many to have a signature scent, but I do have my favorites (below)...

If I don't love a scent I don't keep it. My collection is rotated depending what pleases me at the time.

If I had to pick one it would be one of hte following in order of likelihood:

Burqa Eau Fine
Yellow Sea
Memoir Man
Antidote
Few years ago Very Irresistible Givenchy, now Chanel Allure edp.
I've never really had one and very likely never will. I like variety far too much when it comes to fragrances. i will say, though, if I were forced to whittle down my collection to bare bones, Creed Green Irish Tweed would definitely be one I'd hold onto.
