A real good one in progress between Atlanta and Tampa Bay.

Great win for the Giants!

Shame on Balti for blowing a double digit lead at home vs a depleted Pitt. Flacco is a bum and shame on Baltimore. Makes me sick.

An emotional and bittersweet win for the Chiefs today ... I have huge respect for the players and coaches.

9ers can't win against the Rams I guess, team just didn't play well at all.
Good win for the Cowboys to keep close to the Giants.

Absolutely.

After the Giants loss, things could get quite interesting in that division.

Luv game weather like Detroit vs. GB. Hopefully Foxborough's weather is equally daunting. I like NE by 6 vs Houston, regardless of the elements.

49er's are in trouble. Next week they play in Foxborough, week after that they're playing at the most dangerous place in the NFL, vs them Hawks, who are downright dangerous in Seattle. If you haven't been to CenturyLink field, believe me, it's inconceivably loud. When Lynch turned on Beast Mode vs Chicago in the playoffs, the crowd response registered on the Seismic scale. Week after that, they got the lowly Cards, and SF will likely be resting players vs a team that has nothing to lose and some players trying to earn their keep.

Now that NCAA is pretty much wrapped up, NFL has got my attention, lolz.

Glad 9ers won against the Dolphins. Hope they can win against the Pats!
Great win for the Redskins. Scary moment for RGIII.
Seattle is peaking at exactly the right time, lookin' hella good. Now I need New England to beat the 49ers and then Seattle's destiny is in their own hands.
Ummmmmmmm, who dat?!
Giants were awful. What a drubbing!
Friggin' New England looks so bad I wanna barf.

- - - Updated - - -

That was some turn around. I really wanted New England to win that game, but they had plenty of chances.
Never count out the 49s.
Countin' 'em out now vs my Hawks! SF has no answers for the red hot Hawks.
Have to agree - the niners were horrible tonight.
The Vikings were very impressive in Houston yesterday.
I think they're going to beat Great Bay next Sunday and make it into the playoffs.

Lol, 9ers were bad all around.
Finally! The nightmare that has been the Chiefs season is over, ending with yet another beating at the hands of Denver.

There better be some heads rolling this next week, starting with general manager Scott Pioli! But the owner Clark Hunt is so out of touch, he will probably not only keep him around ... he will give him a big fat raise!
My attention is now on the Redskins and Cowboys. May the best team move forward.
Happy for the Redskins. Also extremely happy to see the Giants and C'boys are going to be spending the next couple of weeks watching the playoffs on TV.

Another failed season for Mr. Jones.
It's about time for the Redskins - 13 years. Curious to see how much further they'll go.

Hail to the Redskins,
Hail victory,
Braves in the warpath,
Fight for ol' DC
I think they''l be able to handle Seattle. I'm worried when they have to travel to either Atlanta or San Francisco the following week.
I'd love to see Manning and the Broncos take on Luck and the Colts on 1/12. What a great QB matchup to watch*. Can you image being a stellar rookie QB and taking your team to the playoffs against Manning?

*As long as Denver wins.

NFC West champs, NINERS!

Interesting qb change for the Niners. Last season of Alex Smith, I am sure. Watch, he'll go to another team and win the SB next year, lol. Maybe Alex will go to the Chiefs, Bills, Jets..who knows. I think Jacksonville is interested in acquiring Tebow, maybe they will give him an actual shot of being a qb. The offense was ran so poorly on the Jets, couldn't get much worse, lol.

9ers will either play the Packers, Seattle or Washington next I think..don't want them to get pwned by Seattle again, lol. I don't think the 9ers will do exceptional in the play-offs due to injuries. Don't think they will get the Lombardi without some key players on the team.
At least SF will have home field advantage for one playoff game at least.

For sure! In Seattle, wouldn't be good and January at Green Bay, probably also not good, lol.
Thank goodness! GM Scott Pioli is out of Kansas City and Andy Reid is on the way in.

Please, oh please, oh please ... don't let Vick be part of the deal that brings Reid to KC. I can never root for Vick. never.

Hopefully he will have as much success with Kansas City as he had in Philadelphia.
It'll be interesting to see how Reid proposes to solve the Chief's QB dilemma.
Never thought the Seahawks would come back from being down on the road like they did but they deserved the win. It was still a good year for the Redskins.

Amen Shades, me either.

I guess the Seasocks won, was rooting for RG3..oh well. Bummer. I hope 9ers don't play them again, lol.

Not NFL, but congrats to 'Bama.

Irish had a great year, but they looked like minor leaguers against Alabama.

It was a beautiful sight for this Alabama fan. ROLL TIDE!!
Looked like an NFL team playing against a division II team. Man, the SEC is tough.
I hate Bama v ND is the last game the public gets to see. Far too many people will think Alabama was the best team this year because they easily beat undefeated #1 ND who really had no business being in the top 5 let alone playing for a national championship. Not taking anything away from Bama who is a great team, disciplined and deep in talent, but if Bama were to play an Oregon, you could expect a very different outcome. And how about A&M who already beat Alabama and put it on Oklahoma in a major way?

All that said, I was very glad to see Bama expose a wildly over-rated ND team, I just don't think Alabama is #1. Glad to see a playoff coming, so tired of seeing the same SEC teams versus grossly overmatched teams.

And AJ McCarron's GF, my god, stone cold 10.

I am very happy there is finally going to be some sort of playoff system. It has been too subjective for way to long.

lolz, enjoy you're win. As long as a paper tiger like Notre Dame doesn't win, I'm good.

I have a friend in my company who is a major ND fan. Well I had taken a pic with my iPhone (business related) and emailed him with a question and his reply was "do you think you could've taken a more blurry picture?".
I responded:
"Manti Te'o took it but I yelled 'here comes Eddie Lacy' so I'm pretty sure he was sobbing at the time."
lolz, that or he took it from a laying on the ground, grasping at heals and shoelaces angle.
What a great win for Baltimore. I pick them over either of the victors tomorrow in the AFC next week.
One of the reasons I was surprised Manning picked Denver over a warm weather team. He always seems to have problem in the Cold weather like they had today.

As good as Baltimore was today, was as bad as the Denver secondary was. There were too many breakdowns in the secondary.

Great win for the 9'ers. They looked overpowering.

Is it going to be Harbaugh against Harbaugh in the Superbowl?

As much as I would have liked to see them beat the Hawks, they came out too flat at the beginning of the game. Guess the second cross country trip in as many weeks caught up to them.

Atlanta nearly choked it, but we'll have to see if they are for real this weekend when they play the 9'ers.
