Dior Fahrenheit vs Fahrenheit Absolute...

Which do you prefer?
Have both and like both but prefer the original.

Prefer Fahrenheit, though Absolut is great...much more dark, masculine, kinda spicy too

Classic Fahrenheit by a very wide margin. Disliked the Cumin/heavy-staleness in the new one. Was expecting more of a heavy woody floriental more in line with the Original, but Absolute was very different in an unwelcome way to my nose.

Gotta go with the original as well

Original, no contest.

Only have Absolute, but may have to pick up the original based on the response here!

I actually prefer Absolute, but I own both. Only have a 1 oz. of Fahrenheit, though, as Absolute and 32 are both worthy accompaniments for me.

Fahrenheit. No comparision.

If you are a Fahrenheit fan I'd own both. Absolute is underrated imo.

Original smells great in my opinion.

I liked the original over the Absolute when I tried it but not enough to consider it bottle worthy.
Where do you guys see yourselves wearing this type of scent and how many sprays do you use?

In reference to the absolute version, it's quite dark so certainly a winter one in my book. Great for Halloween time (lol this might sound weird but it works), maybe a night out frag for an older gent. I'd say 3 to 4 sprays, 2 on the neck one on the chest, Or one on each arm and one on the chest and one on the neck.

Thanks for that. I'm surprised at that. I would have thought this is a lot and so I would have used less. Goes to show how little I know about Fahrenheit!

The original by a mile. But I like Absolute too!

Absolue, but anything from the original Fahrenheit to most of the flankers qualify for a close second place.
Definitely the original Fahrenheit, without hesitation...
I like them both quite a bit, the original just slightly more. I sold off my bottle of Absolute and was going to buy it back, then I found Eau Sauvage Parfum and I believe it will take it's place nicely for now.

The original... Easily.
Yep, I prefer Fahrenheit. Absolute is more talc-y and fades faster. Fahrenheit has much more 'bite' and longevity.

I wonder if there are many people here who wear the absolute regularly...?

Both are good. I find Absolute to be more resinous and the original more fresh so i wear them accordingly
