Have Yet To Finish A Bottle Of Cologne

Thread Starter
Just noticed I have yet to finish a bottle of cologne the closes one i have to finishing is a 1.7oz Play Intense which is 3/4 gone. I gotta slow down on the fragrance purchases. I would have about 50 bottles but sadly gave half to my brother realizing i would never be able to finish them all.

You need to be proud of your collection. Make them your babies. I can understand this kind of addiction...I experience that too. I just consider it an investment. I sell some sometimes, especially when i know I'm not going to use them too often.

Afterall... spending $90 on a cologne could last you a long while, but spending $90 on alcohol at the club in just a night lasts literally a couple of hours.

Same here, 34 bottles and not one is half empty.

No possibility whatsoever finishing mine.

Maybe if I live to be 300 years old - and my tastes stay the same. Yet I keep buying more...

The only four I've ever finished are Concentre d'Orange Verte, GIT, MI, and Bulgari Blu. I can't imagine ever going without them, and they probably account for half of my cologne wears. The other 35 or so bottles fight for the remaining 50%.

Forget the full bottles, I have enough trouble as it is finishing some 10 ml decants. But I see this as a 'happy problem'.

I envy you guys. I unfortunately tend to go through my bottles rather quickly. It frustrates me!!!

Welcome to the club! My days of bottle-finishing are done I'm pretty sure, although I finshed a good few before I got serious in the hobby. Even a 90% done 30ml bottle that I'm determined to finish is hanging stubbornly in there!

Not a problem. I myself have a hard time finishing any of my bottles with 45 frags in my collection.

The key is not to buy something until you finish one!

I force myself to go through them regardless of how much I like them or not. Otherwise, I'll pass them on or they go to the BST board. You run the risk of wasting good juice otherwise!

I have gone through bottles of TdH like water, AdP Colonia and more recently Original Vetiver (have not replaced it this time). I've gone through a 4oz of Aventus and I'm on my second bottle now (in the space of 18 months). Can see myself replacing my 4oz bottle of MI within the next few months as well.

I'm about to empty my TdH Parfum & TF Neroli Portofino. First time I'll go through bottles since I ramped up the collecting just over 3 years ago. It feels like an accomplishment, hahaha. I haven't purchased a bottle in over a year because I was just collecting at such a fast pace. Now I feel like I've earned the right to get some new bottles.

I finished one bottle of 3.4oz Lauder Intuition between senior year of high school and freshmen year of college, my only fragrance at the time.

Over the past 3 years I have I finished two 3.4oz bottles of YSL L'Homme. I believe that this is more so do to the fact that the longevity and projection are weak so I had to spray a lot.
