Molinard and Perfumer's Workshop: Bargain Hunters Delight?

All I ever knew about Molinard was Habanita, and Perfumer's Workshop was Tea Rose. Perusing these houses on a retail site, I see there is so much more, and quite reasonable priced. The Samba line from PW interests me in particular, and given the quality of Habanita (if not equal to vintage, the current version is still high quality), Molinard seems worth exploring. Any advice or opinions?

Molinard Vanille is beeaauutttiiiiiffffuuuuuullllllll...mmmmmmmmmm. Boozy smooth vanilla with a spot of almond in the base and costs pennies. The body cream is to die for. Gives SDV a run for its money. Great for layering too. I love it with SL MKK under it, but I love layering MKK so I'm weird. The soliflores are disappointing. I'm trying the feminines 10ml set but haven't found a love yet, they're ok but not in Habanita territory

Not familiar with Samba, sorry. Saw it for cheap at the Perfumania store many times, never thought of sniffing.

Molinards are hit and miss, at best. Agree with Ali above me that their florals are lacking in both composition and longevity, however their older scents (Nirmala in particular) and classic collection (Ambre, Chypre Orient, Musk, Vanille, Vanille Frutee) are well worth exploring and enjoying.

I see Habanita has a body lotion, too. That sounds tempting. Probably layer-able, too.
