Morning All,

Hope everyone had a nice weekend.
SotD is Sandalo (Lorenzo Villoresi).

Going to Kew Gardens tonight to listen to a talk entitled 'Plants and Perfumes' (or is it 'Perfumes and Plants' ?) by BN's Lila Das Gupta. Should be fun !

Have a lovely day.

today I chose Parfums de Nicolai Vanille Tonka. So sweet and cozy, ideal for grey and windy autumn day.

Mine was all right -- I worked, 12 hours each day. Today I go to school.

Can't wait for our Las Vegas bunch to get home and read their impressions and see pictures.

La Rose de Rosine perhaps? Not as bitterly cold today.

Happy Thanksgiving to all our Canadians.

Happy Columbus Day (another banking and PO holiday?).

The beautiful Sandalwood, Tom Ford Santal Blush. (I actually managed to get a sample at the TF counter. It is a good 5ml!)

Hiya, lovelies! Wish I were going with you tonight, G., that presentation is right up my alley. Have a great time!

Jolie Madame for me today. Love to all!
That presentation does sound interesting. Enjoy, G.!

Easyfish smells yummy today. And you wore another favorite of mine recently, Givenchy Gentleman. Don't think I didn't notice!

It's chilly, gray and drizzly here today. I have no idea what fragrance I want. I've been marinating in Chantilly lately, but I may not wear that today. I may try Anne Pliska for a change, Twolf's scent for sniff 'n speak. It should be sweet and cozy for a day like today.

Have a good Monday everybody! It's a holiday here (In 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue...) - no bank/post office.

Good morning all!

I'm in YSL In Love Again to energize me as I play taxi (morning and afternoon medical appointments.)

Hello everyone -

I'm in Cuir de Russie, parfum and a bit of edt, for modern ballet ...it's been some time since I've worn it, but it seems just perfect on this crisp, bright and beautiful morning.

Enjoy your evening, gandhajala!

Sounds like a fascinating talk -- have fun, G!

Quarry, I am doing better, thank you so much. I hope Pieper continues to improve and enjoy the scalp massages. I go to pick up Dugan's ashes from the vet today. Since he didn't really have a favorite place -- other than wherever I was -- I'm going find a nice box and keep them around for a while. If/when something else seems right, I'll know it, but for now, I'm just going to relax and enjoy his favorite time of year. With all that Beardie hair, he loved it when summer gave way to autumn, and he could snooze outside in the crisp air.

I'm house twins -- and leather sisters -- with Kewart today in Lutens Boxeuses. Plum, leather, and spices ... YUM!

Salutation, scented sociables!

Wearing a new fave, which Mr. Q remarked again was very pleasant: Bond No. 9 for Mothers. I got three more samples coming from an eek!-bay purchase.

Wouldn't we all have fun joining gandhajala at the Plants & 'Fumes presentation? I'm sitting between PerfumedLady and Lilybelle.

An extra hug and waggy tail for ExtremeK.

Yesterday I took advantage of a very agreeable deal off Craigslist. We're very excited to upgrade, especially under the circumstances.

Evening all you fragrant folk. Been a busy one today.

SotD was EL Pleasures not sure why but I'm wanting my spring scents recently after craving amber and rich vanilla comfort during the late summer.
Quarry, she's a beauty!

ExtremeK, sending you a big hug in Dugan's honor. My mother keeps her two dogs' ashes in a beautiful lacquered box. She can't let them go right now, but one day she will when the time is right. I completely understand your feelings.

I'm wearing Chantilly over Anne Pliska as SotA/E. These two work well together.

Congrats on your new truck, Quarry! I love it!

I've been to Kew Gardens once, gandhajala, and I have such a lovely memory of that day...

The weather has started to cool a bit here at last, after a long long hot summer...
I was wearing Ubar again today.

Tomorrow is going to be an adventurous day for me!
What to wear for a demonstration?

Oh, good luck, Dora. Maybe wear a heavy dose of fragrance that'll make people back off?

Spent most of the day "shadowing" someone as part of a job application. Multi step hiring process but overall positive.....nice bunch of people.

I wasn't sure of the company policy with regards to fragrance, so i kept
it light. Annick Goutal Eau de Sud

SOTE is Annick Goutal Folvaril....wrong season but I still love it.
