It would be best to email her and tell her the notes you'd like to experience in a candle and see what she can do. There's hundreds of scents on her site already, with many being foody. Here's her contact info:

Personally could never stomach horchata when it was offered to me in the countries where it was popular. There was just some ingredient that didn't agree with me. Perhaps a candle of this might be better.
