YSL Jazz clarification

I have been on this forum for an hour a day everyday for weeks and finally joined. I have this bottle of Jazz that my mother gave to me because my dad is not really a cologne guy, and I am not entirely sure what it is. Is this the vintage Jazz formulation and bottle? Is it a tester?
Thanks for any help you can lend me!

Thanks for the reply. I only use it for extra-special occasions as I have not been able to find a replacement. Now I know why!

Nice. I think this fragrance warrants a bit more discussion than it gets here.
I can't think of anything that smells really similar.

Just checked what I had. Was the same in your picture. It's a good one.
