Just realized I never got around to answering my own question in this thread. I think I would go for Dior. They have consistently high-quality fragrances and a wide range of styles, and a good few worthy classics.

It's kind of a tie between Dior (being the more sensible, varied choice) and Bvlgari (the house of a few of my favorites), but at the end of the day, Dior would win.
