Has anyone ever actually tried to follow Bateman's exact morning routine? Including the 1000 crunches as well...lol

One time. I got to about 56 crunches and realized that I was not batman. That was the end of that.

Yes, I can only second that. His cosmetic routine, while not the cheapest, is still doable and available in almost any well-sorted, albeit more upscale mall, fragrance store, even drugstore and pharmacy, but the stomach crunches are the breaking point where my Bateman-style grooming routine stops or becomes, the least, more difficult.

you mean there is someone else with meticulous grooming and 1000 crunches a day? I should geve him my off eggshell white business card made of ivory.
