Fall/winter Pure Malt, LIDG or LIDGE

I am looking for a fall/winter scent.

I already have Dior homme (vintage), tumulte, musc ravageur, bleu ready.

I sell luxury watches in a mall. Most instances wearing a suit but in a semi-formal way. (no dress shirt and no tie)

What would you guys/girls recommend for this 23 year old?

(btw, it has to be something that really pleases the crowd, as some of my other fragrances are less versatile)

LIDGE is classier.

Between LIDGE and Malt, LIDGE is a little more versatile IMO, you can go casual, semi formal, or formal with it as long as the temperature isn't too warm.

Malt is a great fragrance but it's more of a "party/club/social night out" type of fragrance even though I feel some can definitely pull it off in a everyday casual type of setting, once again if the temperature permits.

but LIDGE IMO would definitely be better for a "work" setting, LIDG would also work beautifully and is probably more versatile than both of the other two, and could be worn year round, but most people find the scent of the extreme version more alluring.

LIDG more versatile than LIDGE but LIDGE smells much better IMO!

Pure Malt sucks IMO

I have not tried LIDG or LIDGE, but I really like Pure Malt for what that opinion is worth.

Pure Malt.

Thanks for all the suggestions!

I will probably pick up LIDGE today.
It seems to suit me more as I already have more than enough club scents.

Pure Malt if you party in your work. Otherwise LIDGE.

Also you should checkout Gucci PH II.

Forget Pure Malt.

I picked up LIDGE, and I have to say, its awesome! Exactly what I was looking for.

I noticed however, that I really like the opening. Is it the citrus?
If so, would LIDG be a good addition to my collection? I got the impression that LIDG is more like the opening of LIDGE from this forum and other reviews..

Lidg does Keep more of the citrus in play throughout & transitions to what I find to be a lighter, slightly "dusty" cocoa & wood. Classy & pretty versatile IMO.

i'll go with DHI, it'll suit you perfectly

Pure Malt is a safe bet.

Enjoy your new fragrance.

Blind bought LIDGE myself yesterday and love it. On first smell to me it seems like it has the best aspects of both DHI and La Nuit.

In this order: LIDGE>LIDGE>LIDGE>LIDGE>Pure Malt>LIDG

LIDG or LIDGE. I've just tried Pure Malt, and I don't wish to judge it too early, but my first impression is that it seems to be pretty much a young girl's scent. It's not a million miles away from 24 Gold.

As mentioned before, I have already made my decision and purchased LIDGE, which i love.
What I am wondering now is if LIDG would be a nice addition. The reason for this is that I really enjoy the opening of LIDGE and would like it to last a little longer. It might be the citrus that attracts me, and as LIDG is more citrus heavy, I was wondering if it might be worth to but it.

I may not be the best guy to answer because I smell zero citrus in LIDGE or LIDG but when comparing this 2, LIDG is more serious one, more floral/herbal and also "older" smelling.

Well, I am actually not sure if it is the citrus.
I like the initial blast from LIDGE and I am trying to pinpoint what it is... It does smell semi-fresh in the beginning, so I though that LIDG might have that vibe. But if you say that LIDG smells "older" than I am starting to doubt if it would be a good addition..

LIDG definitely has more mature vibe. You may like it, but my girlfriend which absolutely loves LIDGE from first sniff also said that I should not wear LIDG in next 10 years (I am 31 right now) when she smelled it after application. It became better overtime but still doesnt smell like LIDGE. You can use Dior Homme/Dior Homme Intense analogy here. DH is more sophisticated, unique and mature than DHI which is just playfull, more gourmand and sensual.

Hmm, maybe I should go for DHI then...
I already have the vintage DH though. I have to do some research and see which intense version is better, as I might have found a source with vintage intense...

Out of the ones listed I would go with LIDGE.

LIDG is similar to Tom Ford for Men. It has a citrucy, old school masculine smell at first and then sweetens up. The difference being that TF for men has a vanilla drydown and LIDG has a cocoa drydown. I own both LIDG and LIDGE and don't even consider them to be that close to each other. LIDG is more for work/casual settings and LIDGE is more for evenings out.
