Been really trying to split the two mentioned fragrances, and trying to pick one to purchase for the upcoming summer. Or maybe you can suggest something else.

I'm looking for something that is not the same fragrance the average person is wearing, but at the same time nothing too crazy. Most importantly the fragrance must excel when it comes to projection and sillage ! because for some reason my skin is absolutely terrible when it comes to those requirements.

I wish I could purchase both, but the prices are way too high for me.

I voted AHS as it used to be my signature scent (a few years ago).
Nevertheless, I would not be surprised if the armani will give you more compliments...
Especially the essenza version smells very very nice. Less harsh than the original, smoother so to say

The Chanel smells better but neither are good for sillage or longevity for me. Fresh scents just don't deliver in that department for me

AdG Essenza. I am not too keen on the original, but Essenza is a winner. Nothing generic about it, IMO. Cant say the same assertively for AHS though.
