Gucci Pour Homme I and II discontinuation...

With Gucci Pour Homme I and II both discontinued...how quickly should I be running out to ensure I have an adequate supply for the future? Are the prices of these both expected to sky-rocket?

While I do want to pick up a 100ml of GPH2 sometime soon, I think it will take a while before it reaches the "rare" status and prices hike up. It's still being sold at several department stores, Sephoras, etc. It's not a wildly popular frag (from my experience, anyway) outside of BN, so I think it will take some time for the remaining stock to become fully depleted and prices to hike on places like ebay. So, I wouldn't worry too much....maybe try to pick up a bottle of each sometime soon, but a mad rush & stock-up isn't necessary IMO.

If you look at the history of Gucci Nobile, Rush, and Envy the prices did skyrocket. Envy is going to go up even more as it hasn't been that long.
Pour Homme I is already really hard to find online at retail or discount prices. Yeah some Sephoras still have it but is getting harder and harder to find. Pour Homme II is much easier to find right now but I think it is only a matter of time. I've been shocked in the past at how quickly discontinued items become really hard to find and how quickly the price goes up. Things like Gucci Nobile, Vintage Tabarome, Cuiron, Dolce Gabbana By Man, and others used to widely available at much lower than retail prices. I'd stock up now. I've already stocked up on Gucci Envy and Pour Homme I. Pour Homme II isn't one I wear a lot but I might by a couple of backup bottles.

A shame that these have been discontinued. I have a few backups of Gucci pour Homme I that I'm sharing with my brother, but I worry it won't be enough.

I'm just now getting acquainted with Gucci pour Homme II. If I love it, I'm going to buy enough backups soon before they get hard to find. As AZsmells said, stock can dry up surprisingly quickly.

I saw a whole stack of GPH II at a department store the other day for a ridiculous price! Not sure if I should get it though, really want DHI
