Hi there cincy - welcome to basenotes!

Lorenzo Villoresi Teint de Neige is my absolute favorite powdery scent, so much so that I almost overdosed on it wearing it as a bedtime fragrance every single night. It's luxurious, elegant and beautiful grown-up face powder, and that's what I love so much about it ...the knee-jerk reaction might say "baby powder" but don't you believe it - this stuff is not for babies. It is however smooth, snuggly and cuddly, but mostly it's gorgeous ...and powdery. The cream is also amazing.

Love, Chloé is very powdery, a bit sweeter than I normally like, I think due to the heliotrope, but very graceful and lovely, and again, for ladies - "powder" to me does not and should not mean "baby powder" (I've said this before but I don't like baby powder scents, so that would be a certain deal-breaker for me.)

Other powderies I like include Shalimar Parfum Initial, L'Heure Bleue, Chanel No22, Lancome Climat, L'Erbolario Ambraliquida and Iris (which is a Teint de Neige smell-alike), L'Artisan Safran Troublant, Rosine Rose Kashmirie and Poussière de Rose, classic Oscar de la Renta and Keiko Mecheri Loukhoum ...which oddly enough, I find more powdery than Loukhoum Eau Poudrée, but that's powdery, too...so is Loukhoum Parfum du Soir.

Mmmmm ...powdery.

I second this 100%
!! (to jump in a female thread )

My girlfriend owns Teint de Neige and it is how Evangeline describes it! Seductive and very delicious stuff, despite its powderyness! I love it on her!
It is indeed very very strong and 1 or 2 sprays max is a must!

So Sortilege is powdery....hmm...sounds like one I may check out some time.

Chanel #5 Eau Premiere is my favorite.

I also like L'Artisan Traversee du Bosphore although it turns a bit too sweet on me.

I do like my Drole de Rose. I did like that Heure Exquise from AG when I sniffed it. Wouldn't mind having a bottle.

Welcome Cincy!.

F. Malle Iris Poudre is my favorite, although Mrs. E mentioned L'Erbolario Iris, which ironically I find more powdery than Iris Poudre I generally do not like too much powder, but those two fit the bill nicely for me.
Small lovely doses of powder in most of the Chanels due to the iris in many of them. Hence my facination with them

Molinard Habanita and two that are almost powdery to my nose: Rochas Tocade, Royal Bain de Caron
