What's wrong with Banana Republic Frags Sprayer??

This was the third time I'd ordered a Banana Republic fragrance via internet and it was received in damaged condition. First time it was Black walnut then Cordovan and now again Black Walnut. All from different & genuine sellers all received with the broken sprayer. This time 3/4th bottle was empty and nozzle was broken, the cap coating was almost gone (swelled flakes)..the wooden box was completely damped with the fragrance...they say that it could have been damaged during the transit but I dont think so as the nozzle was broken. So may be they overlooked it before sending it.
I wonder this is just my bad luck with BR or anybody else has experienced anything like this...!

staticx, you have not mentioned if the order was placed to an indian online site or abroad. I once placed an order for some decant samples at "the perfumedcourt" and leave alone the damage package i didn't received anything even after a month, thanks to these people at Indian customs and courier people. Then i gave an alternative US address to this site for delivery as i didn't want to take chances again.

Oh boy! This can not be my bad luck!! I got the replacement of the damaged product nad to my surprise the Sprayer was again found to be broken. I'm amazed. This is called consistency....Is there any way to fix the broken sprayer?...the sprayer along with the little spring is broken and I can not push it back to the seat of the nozzle. Can it be fixed?

Wow, that is ridiculous, again?? Perhaps you can take off the top of the sprayer and decant it into another bottle.

Bloody shoddy outfit! Smash the top off and decant -- you must be able to get some atomisers over there? Don't know why you should have to do all this though.
