I want a male fragrance that is sugary and sweet to the max! Don't really care if it's gourmand, fruity, spicy. As long as you think of sugar then comment down below!

The fragrance I think of is Blue Sugar. This stuff is beautiful

Mandarina Duck Pure Black by Mandarina Duck
Douce Amere by Serge Lutens

Aqulina Blue Sugar should do the trick. V by Valentino is also pretty sweet and more mature smelling as well.

I was going to suggest Blue Sugar to you. Havent sampled it in a long while - think I have to try it again just to see how sweet you like life

Pure Malt... burnt or caramelized sugar to me!
also Michel Germain's Sexual Sugar Daddy

CH Men by Carolina Herrera -- sugar is actually one of its notes.

Bond No 9 New Haarlem is the sweetest frag I've ever tried. So sweet it made my nose burn up close. Lots of fans of it here though.

I don't really smell the sweetness in MJ Legend, all I can smell is amber, musk and leather. Even tho it's a coffee based fragrances I really don't get any coffee at all Still, it's an amazing frag when it reaches the dry down, lovely.

Oh yeah, NH is something else. It's pretty damn sweet and it's been on my to-buy list for a long time.

Sugar Lychee by Fresh. Not as heavy as it sounds, actually kinda refreshing and vivid but definitely sweet.

It's been a while since the last post. What other Sugar fragrances would fit the bill?

Tobacco Vanille and New Haarlem are super sweet to my nose. One smells like one giant cookie and the other smells like sugary syrup.

I agree, they are very sweet. But they don't exactly have the sugar/sugary sweetness that I'm looking for.

And it's an awesome fragrance. Not overly, disgustingly sweet though (if that's what you're looking for).

So far, Sculpture Homme by Nikos and L'Instant de Guerlain for Men- the regular version, as well as Crave and Ck One Shock for Men were, to my nose, some of the most sugary fragrances I know.

Dries van Noten is quite sweet with a cookie accord. The ethyl maltol is like crack for me.

I'm sorry, but... what's ethyl maltol?

What about female scents?

Dior Addict

I really like sweet vanilla scents so I ventured on the women's section.

The opening is sugary sweet vanilla, but still not that feminine in my opinion.

Then the dry-down becomes a little too floral for me. Now, it's more on the feminine side.

So, I'm still not sure if I can pull this off. Just check it out and maybe it'll work for you.

sugary sweet vanilla sounds right up my alley, but the floral drydown you speak of is nothing I'm interested in. Pity :/

It's the cotton candy note in Angel. More here: http://www.fragrantica.com/notes/Cotton-Candy-237.html

Don't think I've ever smelled anything stickier and sweeter than Blue Sugar. Perhaps Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin, L and Altamir may be worth a try. Rochas Intense is pretty sweet too. HM by Hanae Mori I remember to be rather sweet too.

Yeah, that's some sweet fragrances right there. Rochas Man Intense is highest on my to try list, but it's down right impossible to find... where did you get yours?

Speaking of cotton candy, maybe spicebomb?

To me, it's a sweet mix of cinnamon, bubblegum and cotton candy.

Can't really remember, sorry. Bought it online but it was quite a while ago when it was available in the UK. Perhaps checking Rochas' website might be an option.

Lutens' Un Bois Vanille reminds me of Ben & Jerry's sugar cones... way too sweet for me but you may want to sniff it.
By the way, just wanted to add Sucre D'Ebene by Hutieme Art.

Another sugar-centric fragrance.

If you're prepared to try women's scents, can I recommend you get a smell of Van Cleef and Arpels Féerie Rose des Neiges? That's so sweet it makes my teeth itch, and I like how sweet Angel can be.

I don't have a problem with wearing women's fragrances, so I'll deff try that one out. Thank you!

The drydown gets very leathery on me, almost like a dirty leather type of smell... which I hate. The opening is awesome by the way!

Maybe even try Ch Men Sport by Carolina Herrera, I get a coconut milk vibe from it. Not bad IMO.
