On my profile, i have contracdictory information regarding my location.

This is because i am an English person, who married an American man, then had to do the adjustment of status process with Homeland Security.

I just thought yall might like to know that i am now the holder of a bright shiny new GREEN CARD!!

Green is my favourite colour.

I shall now amend my profile details, as i am now a proper real American, and i am allowed to be here

Congratulations on your green card!

Do you think you will eventually apply for citizenship, when you've met the residency requirements?

Uk are allowed to be dual citizens, and citizenship will be open to me, if i am still here after 3 years

Cool! Congratulations new green card holder!

You will ace the test with a minimum of preparation, I'd wager.

Congrats and be sure to have lots of turkey and mashed potatoes on T-day! Colours, lol.

My hubs is a green card holder too..he plans on eventually becoming a citizen, though I think he will keep in CAN citizenship as well.

Word to the wise, be careful with dual citizenship as it used to equate to paying 2 lots of tax in either country!
